Set up RedlinerHQ for your firm.

Tell us about your firm once. This form asks for everything we need, so there is no back-and-forth: we set up your workspace and email your admin a link to finish in the portal.

Your free trial

  • Free for 21 days, counted from the day your admin finishes setup, not from today. No card to start.
  • Up to 10 reviewers. A hard limit: a seat is taken the first time a reviewer signs in or when your admin adds someone, and with all 10 in use the next one cannot sign in until a seat is released. Admins are free, unless they are also a Document Reviewer.
  • At the end, add a payment method to carry on; the first monthly bill covers only the days after the trial. Without one the workspace locks until you add it. Nothing is deleted.
  • Yearly is paid up front; paying during the trial ends it that day.
  • Larger trials on request for teams of 100 or more reviewers: choose that size below.

What happens next

  1. We review your details, usually within one business day.
  2. Your admin gets an email with a setup link.
  3. They sign in with their Microsoft 365 account, and a checklist in the portal walks them through connecting SharePoint, choosing admins and inviting reviewers.

Self-service setup is free, using the portal checklist and Docs. Want help connecting SharePoint or checking your first review? Optional assisted setup is quoted separately, with scope, price and payment timing agreed before work starts. No call is required.

Prices are on the rate card. Questions first? Email contact@redlinerhq.app.

Your firm

Fields marked * are required.

The person who will set up and administer your RedlinerHQ workspace.

We email the setup link here. That person must sign in with this exact work account in your organization. Use an individual account with a mailbox.

Access needed for setup

Launch supports Microsoft 365 sign-in and SharePoint storage. Google Workspace and shared drives are planned for a later release.

Your setup admin can ask your IT team to help with approvals and file access. They do not need an elevated Microsoft admin role for everyday RedlinerHQ use.

  • Microsoft approval: a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator in your organization approves the app’s Microsoft Graph application permissions.
  • SharePoint: the person choosing sites or folders must be able to open them. A SharePoint Administrator or Global Administrator grants access to selected sites. Your IT team can also manage the RedlinerHQ admins security group; your setup admin must be a member of the group you choose.

Keep the one-time setup link for the named admin. IT helpers use their own accounts for approval and access grants; the portal provides the separate approval link and instructions.

The domains your staff use in Microsoft 365, e.g. contoso.com, contoso.co.uk. Separate them with commas, up to five.
